iPad 2
I'm suprised I haven't seen a iPad 2 discussion on here yet, apart from the techpatio feed.
What are your thoughts on the new iPad 2? It looks very nice but I'm really not a big fan of Apple so I probably will not be purchasing it. More importantly, what features do you think will be included in 3 that aren't in this one?

RE: iPad 2
Wow, a lot of interest in the iPad 2 around here. Have to admit I'm one of those who aren't interested. It looks great, but I don't have any need for it; my laptop is fine.

RE: iPad 2
I like the idea of the smart cover that they offer.
The iPad 2 does actually look like a very good device, it's just a shame that Apple are the way they are and charge over the top prices with a locked down OS. |

RE: iPad 2
I'm sure they will soon enough, the Android community has a lot of keen devs so you'll get it on there one way or another. I managed to get Froyo on my phone the other day, my carrier is still apparently testing it.

RE: iPad 2
It's much faster, looks nice and sleek. The cameras are so-so but a nice addition.

RE: iPad 2
let's be honest, it is still lacking some features such as flash which competitors (such as blackberry) won't stop banging on about having
just because it is user friendly, looks good and has the apple logo it will sell, but I just get the feeling they leave features off for future versions because they know they will sell the current one anyway regardless. |
